When traveling, having your hotel or booking confirmation number readily available is crucial for a smooth experience. This number serves as your proof of reservation for both our records and the hotel or other travel provider's system. We make it easy to access your confirmation details online or through your booking voucher—follow this guide to find it quickly.
Locating Your Booking on the Travel Portal
- Log in to your membership's Travel Portal using your member credentials.
- Navigate to the menu in the upper right corner of your Travel Portal and click My Account and then choose the Purchases section in your account dashboard.
- Scroll down to the specific reservation for which you need the confirmation number, and click View Confirmation. This screen will include the confirmation number of your booking.
- When checking into a hotel, we suggest that you reference the HCN (Hotel Confirmation Number) number listed on the confirmation screen, if available, or ask the front desk to look up your reservation by the lead traveler's name instead.
Where to Find Your Confirmation Number
- Displayed within your booking confirmation overview.
- Clearly indicated on your reservation confirmation email or by clicking View Confirmation in My Account > Purchases.
- Labeled as Confirmation Number or HCN (Hotel Confirmation Number)
