Special requests are unsupported, never guaranteed and are always at the discretion of the destination.
Please contact your destination directly using the email or phone number displayed on your confirmation to make special requests. Such requests may include:
- Early/Late check-in
- Late check-out
- Bed type
- Rollaway bed
- Crib
- Shuttle/transfer
- Celebrations (birthday, anniversary, etc.)
- Room location (corner, near stairs, away from elevator, etc.)
- Floor (low or high)

Late check-in
If you will arrive at your destination later than expected, please contact the destination directly using the email or phone displayed in your confirmation. Travelers are encouraged to notify reception and request a courtesy hold on your room. Late arrivals without prior authorization from the destination may incur no-show penalties.
Prior to booking and before you travel, make sure to take note of any specific instructions in order to ensure a smooth check-in at the property. Any communications we receive from the supplier or the property prior to your trip will be communicated to you through email.
Good to know
- Use the contact information provided in your booking confirmation to email or call the property directly
- Third-party reservations may take up to 24 hours after purchase to be received and viewable by the hotel or resort. Weekly Stays/Getaways may not be available until at least 7 days prior to check-in. Every property has a different process for processing reservations.
- If you are unable to contact the property using the information provided in the booking confirmation, please contact the Travel Desk for support.
