Most change requests to the details of existing reservations are prohibited because of restrictions on prepaid inventory by third-party suppliers. These changes include, but are not limited to:
- Lead traveler
- Start and End dates
- Room type
- Board type
- Amenities
- Number of guests
- Number of rooms
If plans change and you need to modify your reservation, please review the Cancellation Policy included in your booking confirmation:
Refundable — Cancel your booking prior to the penalty deadline, then make a new reservation using your updated details. Reservations canceled after the penalty deadline are non-refundable.
Non-refundable — Unable to be modified, ineligible for refund.
