When booking a transfer service (such as airport or cruise terminal transportation), you'll be asked to provide essential travel details—like flight information, hotel addresses, or cruise details—during the reservation process. Make sure all provided information is accurate and current.
If any of your travel details change after booking, it's your responsibility to inform the local transfer operator promptly. Use the contact information listed on your Activity Voucher to notify them directly.
On the day of travel, if your flight or arrival is delayed, contact the local operator as soon as possible. This helps ensure your transfer is adjusted and waiting for you at the right time.
Important Note: Failing to notify the local operator of changes or delays could result in a missed transfer, and no refund will be issued in such cases.
