Not all tours and activities include hotel pickup. If it's offered, you'll see Hotel Pickup and Drop-off listed in the "What's Included" section under "What to Expect" on the product page.
Even if hotel pickup isn't included in your booking, the local tour provider might still request your hotel details. This allows them to reach out in case of any changes to your itinerary (such as weather issues or mechanical problems).
For New Reservations
When booking, enter your hotel details during the checkout process. The local provider will then share your exact meeting location and pickup time when you reconfirm your booking (usually by calling them).
For Existing Reservations
To add or update hotel information on an existing booking:
- Contact the local tour provider directly using the phone number or details listed on the voucher or ticket linked from your Booking Confirmation.
- They can confirm your pickup time and location with you.
If you don't know your hotel yet, simply enter "TBA" (To Be Advised) during booking. You can provide the details later when you reconfirm the tour.
Important Note: Not all hotels qualify for pickup due to location, traffic restrictions, or other factors. Always contact the local provider directly to verify your exact pickup time and location.
