Yes, but with restrictions.
Airlines are required to allow consumers to cancel their reservation within 24 hours after purchase and receive a full refund without penalty.
However, the 24-hour refund requirement does not apply to tickets booked through online travel agencies, travel agents, or other third-party agents.
To cancel a qualifying flight reservation within 24 hours after purchase, you must:
- Submit a ticket to the Travel Desk to request cancellation within 24 hours after purchase
- Requests are answered during normal operating hours 8 AM to 8 PM (USA Pacific Time) Monday-Friday and 8 AM to 5 PM Saturday-Sunday
- There is no guarantee of success if:
- Your request is received outside normal operating hours
- Your request is received during normal operating hours, but less than one (1) hour before the airline's cancel deadline
The Travel Desk always tries its best to apply the same or similar procedures to provide equivalent or similar customer service.
