Canceling Your Flight After 24 Hours of Booking

Flights booked on this website are non-refundable and unable to be modified once booked. Please ensure that you verify each passenger's name submitted with the reservation matches their legal name on their ID, passport, or other official documentation.

To cancel your flight, navigate to the "My Account" section on the website from your initials in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, then click "Purchases." Find the flight you want to cancel, and then click "View Confirmation," then "Cancel Reservation." Follow the steps to cancel your flight, but keep in mind that canceling your non-refundable flight will incur a 100% penalty and no refund will be issued.
