Check card details

Credit card cash advance fees
Some credit cards treat deposits as cash advances, which may be declined or incur extra fees. Use a debit card to avoid this.
Bank account won't connect
Connection via Plaid
Andrew uses Plaid to securely connect bank accounts:
- Search for your bank by its full name
- Use your online banking credentials
- Complete any two-factor authentication
Bank not found
- Some smaller banks or credit unions aren't supported
- Try searching by different variations of the name
- Use a card instead if your bank isn't available
Login failing
- Verify your online banking username and password
- Check if your bank requires a separate login for third-party apps
- Try logging into your bank directly first to verify credentials
Payment method not saving
- Ensure all required fields are filled
- Check for typos in card numbers
- Allow a few moments after adding
- Restart the app and try again
Can't remove a payment method
- Disable auto-reload first if it's using that method
- Wait for any pending transactions to complete
- Add a new method before removing the old one
Deposit not appearing
- Card deposits should be instant—pull down to refresh
- Bank transfers (ACH) take 3-5 business days
- Check transaction history for status
- Contact support if completed deposits don't show in balance
