Waiting for a withdrawal that hasn't arrived? Here's how to troubleshoot.
Normal withdrawal timing
Withdrawals typically take 1-3 business days to arrive:
- Day 1: You request the withdrawal; Andrew processes it
- Days 2-3: Your bank processes the incoming transfer
- Arrival: Funds appear in your bank account
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Checking withdrawal status
- Go to Profile → Wallet → Transaction History
- Find your withdrawal
- Check the status:
- Processing: Still being handled
- Completed: Sent to your bank
- Failed: Something went wrong
If status is "Processing"
- Wait until at least the next business day
- Processing typically completes within 24 hours
- Contact support if stuck in processing for more than 2 business days
If status is "Completed"
The money has been sent. Check with your bank:
- Log into your bank account
- Look for pending deposits
- Check if there's a hold on incoming transfers
- Call your bank to ask about ACH credits from "Andrew" or our payment processor
If status is "Failed"
- Check the error message (if shown)
- Verify your bank account information is correct
- Update your payout method if needed
- Try the withdrawal again
Common reasons for delays
Processing delays
- Withdrawals requested on weekends/holidays process the next business day
- High volume periods may cause slight delays
- First-time withdrawals may require additional verification
Bank issues
- Incorrect routing or account number
- Bank account is closed or restricted
- Name mismatch between Andrew and bank account
Contacting support
If you've waited 5+ business days:
- Go to Profile → Settings → Contact Us
- Select Withdrawal Issue
- Include withdrawal amount, date requested, and current status
