Having trouble with scores or round tracking? Here's how to resolve common issues.
Scores not saving
Check your connection
- Scores sync to the cloud—you need internet
- If on the course, check cellular signal
- Try moving to a better reception area
Force sync
- Pull down on the scorecard to refresh
- Wait for sync to complete
- Check if scores appear
Close and reopen
- Close Andrew completely
- Reopen the app
- Navigate back to your round
- Scores should be saved
Wrong score entered
Before affirming
- Tap on the hole with the wrong score
- Edit the score
- Save
After affirming
Once you've affirmed scores, changes require:
- All players to un-affirm (if possible)
- Or contact support for corrections
Round not appearing
Check round status
- Is it still in progress? Check the Play tab.
- Was it completed? Check your round history.
- Did you start it properly? May need to create a new round.
Refresh your data
- Pull down to refresh on the main screens
- Close and reopen the app
- Check if round appears
GPS not working during round
Check location permissions
- iOS: Settings → Andrew → Location → While Using
- Android: Settings → Apps → Andrew → Permissions → Location
Enable location services
- Make sure GPS is turned on for your phone
- Be outdoors with clear sky view
Course not mapped correctly
If distances seem wrong:
- Verify you selected the correct course and tees
- Report mapping errors to support
Playing partners not showing
- Ensure they accepted the round invitation
- Have them check their Play tab
- They may need to refresh their app
Round stuck "in progress"
If you can't close a round:
- Enter scores for all 18 holes (or however many you played)
- Tap End Round or Complete Round
- Affirm the scorecard
If technically stuck, contact support with the round details.
