Immediate steps
- Force close the app
- iOS: Swipe up from bottom, swipe Andrew away
- Android: Recent apps button, swipe Andrew away
- Restart your phone
- Power off completely
- Wait 30 seconds
- Power back on
- Try opening Andrew again
If crashes continue
Update the app
- Open App Store / Play Store
- Search for Andrew
- Tap Update if available
- Try opening after update completes
Update your phone's operating system
- iOS: Settings → General → Software Update
- Android: Settings → System → System Update
Outdated operating systems can cause app compatibility issues.
Reinstall the app
- Delete Andrew
- Restart your phone
- Reinstall from app store
- Log back in
