Quick fixes
- Close and reopen the app
- Swipe up to close completely (don't just go to home screen)
- Wait a few seconds
- Reopen Andrew
- Restart your phone
- A full restart clears temporary issues
- Hold power button and restart
- Check for app updates
- Open App Store or Play Store
- Search for Andrew
- Update if available
Common causes
Low storage space
Your phone needs free space to run apps smoothly:
- Check Settings → Storage
- Delete unused apps or old photos
- Aim for at least 1GB free
Poor internet connection
Andrew needs internet to sync data:
- Check WiFi or cellular signal
- Try switching between WiFi and cellular
- Move to an area with better reception
Outdated app version
Older versions may have bugs that are fixed in updates:
- Always keep Andrew updated
- Enable auto-updates for best experience
Background apps
Too many apps running can slow everything down:
- Close apps you're not using
- Restart your phone periodically
Clearing app cache
Android
- Go to Settings → Apps → Andrew
- Tap Storage
- Tap Clear Cache (not Clear Data)
iOS
iOS doesn't have a cache clear option. Instead:
- Delete the app
- Reinstall from App Store
- Log back in
Reinstalling the app
If nothing else works:
- Delete Andrew from your phone
- Restart your phone
- Reinstall from App Store / Play Store
- Log in with your credentials
