Keep your Andrew account safe with these security features and best practices.

Choosing a strong password
- At least 8 characters
- Mix of letters, numbers, and symbols
- Don't reuse passwords from other sites
- Avoid obvious choices (birthdays, "password123")
Changing your password
- Go to Profile → Settings → Security
- Tap Change Password
- Enter your current password
- Enter and confirm your new password
- Save
Two-factor authentication (2FA)
Add an extra layer of security:
- Go to Settings → Security
- Tap Two-Factor Authentication
- Choose your method:
- SMS codes
- Authenticator app
- Follow the setup steps
- Save backup codes somewhere safe
With 2FA enabled, logging in requires both your password and a verification code.
Login activity
Monitor where your account is being used:
- Go to Settings → Security → Login Activity
- See recent logins with device and location
- If something looks unfamiliar, tap to log out that session
Connected devices
See all devices logged into your account:
- Go to Settings → Security → Devices
- Review the list
- Remove any you don't recognize
If you suspect unauthorized access
- Change your password immediately
- Enable 2FA if not already on
- Log out all other sessions
- Check for unauthorized wallet activity
- Contact support if funds are affected
Email and phone security
Keep your contact info secure:
- Use an email only you can access
- Keep your phone number current for recovery
- Verify any changes to contact info
Phishing awareness
Andrew will never:
- Ask for your password via email or message
- Request payment outside the app
- Send unsolicited links asking you to log in
If you receive suspicious messages claiming to be from Andrew, don't click links—go directly to the app instead.
Wallet security
Your funds have extra protection:
- Identity verification required
- Withdrawals only to verified bank accounts
- Transaction notifications
- Fraud monitoring
