Request the right amount
Double-check before sending. You can't edit a request after it's sent.
Give them time
Don't spam requests. People will pay when they see it.
Discuss beforehand
For larger amounts, a heads-up message helps avoid surprises.
Managing your requests
Pending requests
View requests you've sent that haven't been paid yet in your wallet activity.
Canceling a request
- Find the pending request
- Tap to open details
- Select Cancel Request
Resending a request
If someone missed your request, you can send a reminder or create a new request.
When someone requests from you
You'll receive a notification for incoming requests:
- Open the request
- Review the amount and note
- Tap Pay to send funds
- Or tap Decline if you disagree
Declined requests
If your request is declined:
- You'll receive a notification
- No funds are transferred
- Reach out to discuss if there's a misunderstanding
Requests vs. wagers
Requests are for non-wager payments. Wagers settle automatically based on round results. Don't use requests to try to collect on a bet—that happens through the wager system.
