Can't log into your account? Here's how to get back in.
Forgot your password
- On the login screen, tap Forgot Password
- Enter your email or phone number
- Check your email/texts for a reset link
- Click the link and create a new password
- Log in with your new password
Reset email not arriving
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Wait a few minutes and try again
- Verify you're using the email associated with your account
- Try the phone number option instead
Don't remember your email
If you used phone sign-up:
- Try logging in with your phone number
- Request a code via SMS
If you can't remember either, contact support with:
- Your name
- Any email addresses you might have used
- Phone number associated with the account
Account locked
Too many failed login attempts can lock your account:
- Wait 15-30 minutes and try again
- Use the password reset flow
- Contact support if still locked
Two-factor authentication issues
Not receiving codes
- Check cellular signal if using SMS
- Verify phone number is correct
- Wait and request a new code
Lost access to authenticator app
- Use your backup codes (saved during 2FA setup)
- If no backup codes, contact support for account recovery
Apple/Google sign-in problems
Apple Sign-In
- Make sure you're signed into iCloud
- Use the same Apple ID you originally signed up with
- Check Settings → Apple ID → Sign-In & Security
Google Sign-In
- Ensure you're signed into the correct Google account
- Clear Google Play Services cache if on Android
- Try signing into Google separately first
Account recovery
If you can't access your account through normal methods:
- Go to our website's support page
- Select Account Recovery
- Provide as much identifying information as possible
- Our team will verify your identity and help restore access
Preventing future issues
- Keep your email and phone number current
- Save your backup codes for 2FA
- Use a password manager
- Add multiple recovery options
