For each category, choose:

Alerts that appear on your phone's lock screen and notification center.

Alerts that appear when you're using Andrew.

Summaries or alerts sent to your email.

Silence notifications during specific times:

For chatty groups or threads:

Andrew's notifications also depend on your phone settings:

Settings → Andrew → Notifications

Settings → Apps → Andrew → Notifications

Make sure notifications are allowed at the phone level for Andrew's settings to work.
