Potential fees

Credit card deposits

Your credit card company may treat deposits as a cash advance, which can incur:

• Cash advance fees from your bank
• Higher interest rates

We recommend using debit cards or bank transfers to avoid this.

Failed transactions

If a deposit fails and your bank charges you, that's a bank fee—not from Andrew.

Expedited withdrawals

If we offer instant withdrawal options in the future, those may carry a small fee. Standard withdrawals remain free.

Why no fees?

We want wagering with friends to be simple and fun. Hidden fees ruin that experience. Our goal is to make settling bets as easy as possible.

Checking for fees

Before confirming any transaction, review the summary screen:

• Amount you're moving
• Any applicable fees (will show $0.00 if none)
• Total amount charged or received

If you see an unexpected charge:

2. Verify it's from Andrew (not your bank)
3. Contact support with the transaction reference ID
