To use the Andrew Wallet for real-money wagers, you'll need to verify your identity. Here's how.

Why verification is required

Identity verification is required by financial regulations to:

• Prevent fraud and money laundering
• Confirm you're of legal age (18+)
• Ensure you're in an eligible location
• Protect your account and funds

What you'll need

Have these ready before starting:

• Government-issued ID: Driver's license, state ID, or passport
• Your legal name: Must match your ID exactly
• Date of birth: Must be 18 or older
• SSN (last 4 digits): For identity confirmation
• Current address: Where you currently reside

Verification process

1. Go to Profile → Wallet
2. Tap Get Started or Verify Identity
3. Enter your legal name and date of birth
4. Enter your address
5. Provide the last 4 digits of your SSN
6. Take a photo of your ID (if requested)
7. Submit for review

Verification timing

Instant approval

Most verifications complete in seconds. If your information matches records, you're approved immediately.

Manual review

Some cases require additional review:

• Information doesn't match exactly
• Additional documentation needed
• Typically resolved within 1-2 business days

Common issues

Name mismatch

Use your legal name exactly as it appears on your ID. No nicknames or abbreviations.

Address issues

Use your current residential address. PO boxes may not be accepted.

ID photo problems

• Ensure good lighting
• Capture all four corners
• Avoid glare and blur
• Don't crop the image

Age restriction

You must be 18 or older. If you're under 18, you cannot use wallet features.

After verification

Once verified, you can:

• Add funds to your wallet
• Accept and create wagers
